Terms of service

These terms are between you and Buyer Mining LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Buyer Mining," "we," "us"). They cover using this site and buying our services. Paying for a service means you agree to them. There is nothing to sign. If you want a signed copy for your files, ask and we will send one.

The short version

• You pay by card link before work starts. No net terms, no deposits, no surprises.
• Cancel before work starts and you get every dollar back.
• Your site stays yours. We work through a separate login you create and can shut off any time.
• We change only what the written plan says. We back up first where the platform allows it.
• We measure and we fix. We never promise that an AI will name you.

How buying works

Every service is ordered on a call or by email. We send a short written recap of what was agreed and a Stripe payment link. Payment is due before work starts and the start date runs from the day payment clears. The recap, these terms, and the service page you bought from are the whole agreement. If the recap and this page disagree, the recap wins for that engagement only.

One price, one domain

Every price on this site covers one website at one domain: the site you name when you order, its www and non-www forms, and any old domains that only redirect to it. A second brand site, a second country site, or a separate site on a subdomain is a second domain and is a separate order. If you have several, we quote the set in writing before you pay, and that written quote is the price, not the one on the page.

Setup

Setup is $350, fixed scope: the checks from the free AI Readability Check, put in place on your site, done in 3 business days. Before any change is made we check what your platform allows and send you a plan in writing that says what can be done and what cannot. If the plan shows your platform blocks a meaningful part of the work, we tell you before starting and refund in full if you would rather not go ahead.

The Snapshot

The Snapshot is $750, a fixed-scope diagnostic delivered in 3 business days. The finished report is yours to keep and use. The Snapshot fee credits 100% toward one Fix Sprint for 60 days from the date your report is delivered. The credit applies once, reduces the Fix Sprint price rather than refunding anything, and has no cash value on its own.

The Fix Sprint

The Fix Sprint is $2,500, fixed scope: the top ten items from your own Snapshot report. Before work starts we send you that list of ten in writing and you approve it. Nothing begins until you do. The price includes one round of edits and a closing re-measure. Work outside the approved ten is quoted separately, in writing, before it is done.

The Care plan

The Care plan is $200 per month, charged to your card monthly in advance. Each month we rerun the same check we used on day one and fix any file that drifted, make one small page change you ask for or we recommend, and send you a one-page note with your score, what changed, what we did, and what we need from you. Every third month we also run a short set of real buyer questions against Claude and Perplexity so you can see whether AI names you.

Small means about thirty minutes of work, such as a schema fix, a text edit, or a settings change, and we decide what fits. Bigger work is quoted in writing and billed separately. Unused monthly work does not roll over. Care is not an on-call web developer, a hosting service, a backup or security service, or content writing beyond the one small change, and it is not a promise that any AI system will name you.

Cancel any time from the billing portal or by replying to any email from us. The plan ends at the end of the paid month, and the login you gave us is removed the day it ends. If a charge fails, work pauses while we retry for fourteen days, and after that the plan ends and your login is removed. Price changes come with thirty days written notice, and you can cancel before they take effect.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel a Setup, a Snapshot, or a Fix Sprint at any point before work starts and we refund the full amount within five business days, by the same card. Once work has started, the fee is earned and is not refunded, and you keep everything produced so far. If we cannot deliver what we agreed for a reason on our side, we refund in full. Care plan payments are not prorated; cancel before the next charge and you are not charged again.

Working on your site

Setup, the Care plan, and a Fix Sprint where you ask us to publish all mean we touch your live website. Here is how that works and who is responsible for what.

• You own it. You confirm you own the site and domain, or have the owner's permission to let us in. We act on your instructions as your contractor. Nothing we do gives us any rights in your site, brand, or content.
• A login you create for us. You make a separate account for Buyer Mining with only the access the plan needs, and you never share your own password. You can turn it off at any time. We keep it in a password manager, one vault per client, never in email or chat, and we remove it when the engagement ends.
• Only what the plan says. We change what the written plan lists and nothing else. If we find something outside the plan that needs attention, we tell you. We do not fix it unasked.
• Backup first. Before changing anything we take a backup or export where your platform allows one, and we keep it for 30 days after the work. Some hosted builders do not allow a full backup. Where that is the case the plan says so, and you should keep your own copy too.
• If something breaks. If a change we made causes a problem, tell us and we put it back or fix it at no charge. That is your remedy for our mistakes, along with the refund terms above. Buyer Mining LLC carries professional liability, cyber, and media liability insurance, and can provide a certificate on request.
• Not ours to control. We are not responsible for your hosting company, your website platform, your domain registrar, a plugin or theme we did not install, changes made by you or anyone else, or what any AI engine or search engine decides to show. Those are outside our hands.
• No sensitive data. Our work uses public information about your business. Do not give us access to client records, patient information, payment data, or anything else you would not put on a public page. If a login you give us exposes such data, we do not open it and we tell you so you can narrow the access.

No guarantees, on purpose

AI answer engines are probabilistic and change constantly. We sell honest measurement and a prioritized fix list, not a promise of placement. Anyone who guarantees you a spot in an AI's answer is selling something we won't.

We also do not write text meant to manipulate AI systems: no hidden instructions to language models, no padding written to sway a model rather than inform a reader, no fake reviews or seeded threads. If a fix on your list would need any of that, it is not on your list. We make your real facts easy to read and easy to confirm.

Warranty and liability

We do our work carefully and to the written plan. Beyond that, the site, its content, and our services are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Reports reflect what the engines said during the measurement window; answers vary between runs, and the report says so where the variance affects a result. Decisions you make from a report are yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Some states do not allow all of these limits, so some may not apply to you.

Your side

You are responsible for the content, claims, and offers on your own site, for having the right to use whatever you give us to publish, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you supplied or instructions you gave, you cover the cost.

The site content

The pages, method write-ups, and materials on this site are © Buyer Mining. Read them, share links to them, use the ideas in your own business. Please don't republish the content itself or resell it. Reports and files we deliver to you are yours once paid for. We may describe the work in anonymized form, with no client name, domain, or identifying detail, unless you tell us not to.

Service changes

Offers, prices, and site features may change as we improve the service, and beta pricing in particular. Changes do not affect work already ordered. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.

Law and disputes

Colorado law applies. If we have a disagreement, email us first and we will try to sort it out within 30 days. If that fails, either of us can bring it to a Colorado state court in the county where Buyer Mining LLC has its principal office, and we both agree to that venue.
